Brotherhood
The Brotherhood was established for the purpose of enhancing Jewish community. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere of social, fraternal, cultural and educational opportunities for men within our synagogue as well as for the congregation as a whole.
MAKE NEW FRIENDS
You see them each week or month in Temple and you may know their name, but do you really know who they are? The Brotherhood provides opportunities for you to meet and get to know your fellow congregants. Imagine the friendships you’ll make with congregants with similar interests.
EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE
The variety in our programs offer you terrific opportunities to learn, whether it's through one of our engaging speakers, a discussion on current events, or a joint event with our Temple youth. One thing's for sure.... it's always an intellectual and stimulating environment. Brotherhood activities are only bound by the imagine and cooperation of our members.
HAVE FUN
Whether you’re helping serve at our Welcome Sunday Coffee and a Nosh, cooking burgers on the grill at our End of School Blowout Barbeque, or attending a ball game with other parents and children, you won’t be able to wipe that smile off your face from all the fun we have together.
HELP OUR TEMPLE THRIVE
Showing our children that we support the activities of the Temple helps instill a sense of community in our youth. Giving your time to support our activities will help our community, and give you a sense of belonging.
YOU BELONG
We’re building a special community where people can be themselves and express their Jewish identity to any degree they wish. Think of it as another support network for you… where you belong…with us… in the Brotherhood. We look forward to getting to know you and sharing our future together!

Youth Group
Kol Tikvah Temple Youth, KTTY, is a temple wide youth group composed of teens in grades 8 to 12. Our main goal of KTTY is to maintain a strong teen presence to ensure the continuation of Jewish culture in Davidson and surrounding areas. KTTY provides a sense of belonging for post B'nei Mitzvah students. We strive to provide a comfortable setting for Jewish teens to bond and discuss commonalities. We love to have fun and plan events that can incorporate Jewish learning and heritage while making for an enjoyable time.
