Simchat Torah

The cycle of reading the Torah for that year has ended and is celebrated by dancing around the Torah with the added fun of having candy being thrown into the crown of dancers. This is a joyous celebration and marks the end of one year of completing the reading of the Torah and then  starting the next cycle again.
